    Rural Deliveries 
    Some rural addresses are difficult for couriers to reach. As such, delivery to rural addresses may require at least 2 days notice to fulfill and may incur additional charges. In some cases, delivery to rural addresses may not be possible. Please contact us for further information.
    Substitutions
    We make every effort to meet our customer's order specifications. However, specific types/colours of flowers are not always available. Where requested flowers aren't available, substitutions will be made.
    Returns Policy
    We know flowers are at their best when they're fresh. That's why we source our flowers from trusted, quality distributors, using local growers wherever possible. If you experience any issues with products received from Flower Box, Please contact us via phone or email so we may rectify the situation.
